I appreciated the twice-daily room service. Staff dried the bathroom and prepared the bed each evening! The location allowed easy walks to the Louvre and Sacre Coeur. The bar offered complimentary nuts and olives with drinks. We loved that personal touch. The room was beautiful. it was spotlessly clean.
I found the absence of conditioner frustrating, I have very difficult hair.

The hotel is close to cartier and vendome square. This made shopping easy. i found the staff really friendly, especially pierre, he was really helpful too!
the location is excellent near many shops and attractions. the staff were helpful i found them very attentive. the breakfast had a good selection of items too.
the bathroom had only small bottles of shampoo no conditioner was available. i found only two shower towels provided in the room one day. the pillows could be replaced i found them uncomfortable.

The location was acceptable. It was near place vendôme.
I was disappointed that there was no conditioner in the bathroom. My hair was a mess. there was also no body lotion provided. they didn't replace the water bottles on the night table either, though they were there the first day.
